Food is always amazing has been for years. Get the burger if you are on the fence and learn the rest of the menu from there. Spinach dip is nice and cheesy. Best fries anywhere, thin and salty. But the key is the service here. They have consistent employees I’ve been eating with the same girls Michelle and Amanda for years and besides being friendly and gorgeous they rarely let your drinks get empty even if it’s just water or iced tea. Service is just...always ridiculously impeccable here. And this is the best J Alexander’s location too.
Outstanding service, Food is to die for! Everything tastes amazingly fresh and well prepared, from appetizers to desserts. Everything comes fast to the table. I had a Broccoli Cheddar soup which was absolutely delicious, NY steak COOKED TO PERFECTION, and key lime pie & chocolate Cake for dessert no words can describe that! Absolutely delightful experience! My server was very kind and attentive. 5 out 5 stars I gladly recommend this restaurant. My Only suggestion to upscale the service would be someone meeting and greeting at the door getting the door for us, that would be fabulous. But other than that just go for it!
Amazing all around. From the minute you walk up to the door to the second you walk out. Service was perfect. We had the pleasure of being served by Blair. She was friendly and gave good recommendations. We started with the Avocado bomb which was a flavorful version of a tuna roll without the rice. Our mains were the Carolina crab cakes and Barbecue Baby back ribs. Can't go wrong with either choice. Absolutely amazing. Took home a slice of carrot cake which is the perfect ending. Not sweet and enough for two. Be sure to make a reservation.
Always a good place to eat, reservation is recommended. Service is always great and parking is super easy. One recommendation is to try the Mac and Cheese here, it’s a must-have side.
Every time I come to florida ITS A MUST GO! (And im here every 2 Months) delicious food and amazing staff . THE CARROT CAKE IS WOW!
The food I got was absolutely amazing. My granddaughter and I both got steaks and the Mac and cheese for our side dish. Both steaks were tender and juicy I would have preferred a little bit more seasoning but I understand that when you cook for the majority you have to keep the seasoning mild. The horseradish butter is excellent and the service was great. They might make the best mac and cheese I have ever had.
My husband I always have an amazing experience at J. Alexander’s. I want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the manager, Bianca. From the moment we walk in, we feel welcomed. Bianca goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for us. She is very professional and attentive. Her presence on the floor makes a big difference, you could tell she cares about both the staff and the guests.
